Clarissa provides AI-powered evidence analysis tools for legal professionals. Our platform analyzes bodycam footage, reports, and evidence against procedural standards to surface inconsistencies and review-worthy issues.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Clarissa only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform to infringe on others' rights or upload prohibited content.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of Clarissa require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clarissa is a tool to assist legal professionals, not a replacement for professional judgment. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform outputs. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
